Panasonic Network Static Dome Security Cameras WV-SBV111M

Rugged HD Security Camera
Description

Suitable for a variety of applications, particularly those involving outdoor use and those in the transport industry, the WV-SBV111M comes inundated with a wealth of intelligent and practical features to ensure high performance and extreme durability, even when faced with the harshest conditions. An aluminium die cast shell ensures that not only will this HD security camera withstand external shocks, it will also protect the optical unit in case of mechanical shock. The camera is also small in size, making it discrete and ideal for vehicle mounting. Another key feature of this product is the inclusion of a heating and cooling system to allow the camera to operate at a variety of temperatures, thus adding to its durability. The high light compensation and adaptive black stretch functions also help the camera to perform extremely well when faced with an environment containing many high light sources such as headlight beams. The two functions combine to firstly compensate for the brightness of the environment, and then subsequently compensate for the colour distortion. The camera shell is also scratch resistant, protecting it from such external factors as high pressure washers (if mounted on a vehicle). Due to the rugged nature of the camera, it is ideal for mounting on such vehicles as trains, buses, wagons, cargo vehicles and armoured vehicles. It also offers a wide viewing angle, even when mounted on the side of a vehicle. To compensate for any side mounted camera, the side installation function allows the user to set an angle of view to be observed by the unit regardless of positioning.
